André Júdice Glória

André Júdice Glória helps clients resolve legal and financial matters by structuring corporate finance deals or designing legal frameworks that hold under pressure. He works across both public and private law, advising on transactions where regulatory complexity and institutional coordination demand more than just technical precision.

André has led cross-border offerings, securitization recoveries, and restructuring strategies. He has designed public–private finance models for distressed municipalities and launched legal services operations that scaled revenue and delivery capacity within larger business ecosystems. Clients turn to him when deals are delicate, timelines are tight, and there’s no precedent to follow.

His work blends legal strategy with financial reasoning — informed by a background that spans law, economics, and business. He is fluent in the pressures facing financial institutions, private equity funds, and public sector actors, and brings an inventive, cross-disciplinary mindset to regulatory and transactional challenges.

André holds a JD (University of Lisbon ‘00), an LLM in Banking and Financial Law (Boston University ‘02) and an MBA (MIT Sloan ‘13). He maintains active involvement in public-interest and business education networks, and has work experience beyond Lisbon in London and Madrid.
