Bárbara is focused on corporate taxation, with a vast experience advising large international and domestic groups in restructuring, M & A, and joint ventures. She also has substantial experience in assisting clients in the financial sector, advising banks and private equity firms. Bárbara also assists private clients with international taxation issues.
Prior to joining Gama Glória, she was a senior associate at Campos Ferreira, Sá Carneiro – CS Associados (2015-2021) and a tax consultant at PwC (2013-2015).
She holds a law degree from Coimbra University Law School (2006) and a Post Graduate Degree in Taxation from the Portuguese Catholic University.
