As a trainee lawyer, Luana Camilo Henriques helps advance the firm’s work in employment law, contributing to research, drafting, and case preparation while receiving close training from Gama Glória’s lawyers.
Her experience so far has included supporting advisory and litigation teams on matters such as employment contracts, workplace policies, and restructuring processes. She is building transversal skills across labour relations and compliance, with particular interest in how employment frameworks adapt to new forms of work.
Luana holds a law degree from the University of Lisbon’s Faculty of Law (2023).
