Her recent work includes designing a practical compliance guide for an industry association, advising a global mobility platform on competition law queries, and drafting a position paper to support a company as it enters the European digital identity field.
Beatriz also conducts in-depth research on State aid, restrictive practices, and no-poach matters, providing clients with clear assessments to guide strategic decisions. Her background includes legal research and policy engagement at both national and international level, giving her a multi-layered perspective on how law is made, interpreted, and applied.
She holds a law degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Lisbon (2021), a master's in international law and global governance from Tilburg University (2023), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Competition Law and Regulation from the University of Lisbon (2024). She has also completed a Summer Course in Private International Law at The Hague Academy of International Law (2024).
