Sofia is a corporate lawyer who advises on M&A and corporate finance transactions, including corporate restructurings, VC/PE deals, and equity and debt capital markets.
Sofia holds a JD (Catholic University '20), and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance, Restructuring, and Litigation (Catholic University ´23).
During her degree, Sofia completed the Transnational Law Curriculum (2020), a Brief Introduction to Accounting course (2019) and was an active member of the European Law Students Association (ELSA-UCP) and the Catolica Law School Students Association
