Her practice covers private capital and restructuring, with a strong governance lens. She often operates in aviation and technology-driven sectors. She helps design investment frameworks for seed-stage B2B software companies and has contributed to a high-impact state-aid-driven restructuring of a regional airline.
Recent work includes funding rounds for venture funds across emerging industries, and a convertible bond for an international tech company. She also supported a carve-out and subsequent privatization carried out under European Commission requirements.
She holds a law degree from the Catholic University of Portugal – Lisbon (2020) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Finance, Restructuring & Litigation from the same institution (2023). She also completed the Transnational Law Curriculum at Católica Global School of Law.
